You are able to request a change or a cancellation of your order in (24) hours since the order was placed. To cancel your purchase, please contact us by email at Deeknight.email@example.com, label the subject line: CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.
Exchanges and Returns:
In the case of items which are delivered in these conditions: Faulty products or items not as described; items getting damaged from the delivery or manufacturing processes, we will offer you compensation (full refund or exchange)which is processed in 5 working days since the email we announce our conclusion.
To be eligible, the items must be in the initial condition that you received it and the request must be sent within 15 days.

Otherwise, If the items simply do not satisfy you or whatever reason it is, you totally are able to ask for a refund within 30 days since the order is placed. All you need to do is emailing us with the subject line: REFUND ORDER and provide us with your full NAME, ORDER NUMBER, (reason).
However, the shipping fee will not be repaid and the refund will be issued in 5 working days after we receive the items which are in the same condition that we sent it.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
